The Ministry just notified Gladney that with respect to the $300 wire for the application fee,the Nepali bank is charging a $10 servicing fee for each wire transaction. So what this means to all of us that have sent our wire transfer is that the Ministry only received $290 from each one of us. The Ministry has informed my agency that people like me (those of us who have recently wired money) will be able to pay the extra $10 that we owe when we submit the remainder of the in-country fees upon acceptance of our referrals. The good news is that it would appear from this request that the Ministry is actively looking through files!
